Requirements
- Bring 8–12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with significant experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, and regional or field marketing.
- Demonstrate success owning and delivering measurable marketing pipeline targets within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software organization.
- Have experience leading regional or field marketing teams and managing integrated campaign execution.
- Understand enterprise software go-to-market strategies, complex buying cycles, account-based marketing, and sales-led growth.
- Bring analytical skills and experience managing marketing performance against pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Apply business and financial acumen to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing investments.
- Have experience partnering with Sales leadership and driving shared accountability for results.
- Work effectively across matrixed organizations with separate digital, product marketing, and operations teams.
- Have experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and marketing performance analytics.
- Bring communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Preferred experience includes workflow automation, intelligent automation, low-code, or related enterprise software categories.
Responsibilities
- Own Americas marketing pipeline targets, including marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing contribution, and pipeline performance.
- Develop and execute regional revenue marketing plans aligned with Americas sales priorities and revenue targets.
- Partner with Americas Sales leadership to identify pipeline gaps and develop focused programs.
- Drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration for new logo acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and customer expansion.
- Lead regional and field marketing resources and establish priorities, performance expectations, and accountability.
- Lead the Global Campaign Manager and coordinate integrated campaign planning and execution across global markets.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, regional teams, and Sales on campaign strategy and execution.
- Track and optimize pipeline, conversion, pipeline velocity, cost per opportunity, and campaign ROI.
- Manage regional revenue marketing budgets and prioritize investments based on pipeline impact and return on investment.
- Build, coach, and develop the regional revenue marketing team and Global Campaign Manager.
