Requirements
- 12+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with significant time leading partner, channel, or alliance marketing.
- Experience across multiple partner types, including channel partners such as SIs and resellers, technology partners such as ISVs, and strategic alliances or hyperscalers.
- Track record building and running co-marketing programs that produce measurable sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with to-partner, through-partner, and with-partner motions, including partner enablement and channel demand creation.
- Experience governing MDF and co-investment and tying partner spend to outcomes.
- Working familiarity with demand generation and ABM, including integrating partner programs into a broader, multi-region demand motion.
- Familiarity with CRM, including Salesforce, marketing automation such as Marketo or similar, and reporting partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and experience using AI to accelerate content production, campaign development, and program scale.
- Experience working directly with senior partner, alliance, and field leaders and representing the company in joint partner planning.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy and partner-type playbooks for Partner Fusion across channel, technology, and strategic partners.
- Evolve partner segmentation and tiering, co-investment models, joint planning, and partner incentive approaches.
- Build annual and quarterly partner marketing plans aligned with Partner organization priorities, the Revenue Marketing calendar, and pipeline targets.
- Drive demand creation through system integrators and resellers with co-branded campaigns, partner-led events, and territory-level programs.
- Develop partner enablement, including messaging, sales tools, campaign-in-a-box assets, and self-serve resources.
- Bring joint solutions to market with ISVs through integration launches, joint value propositions, marketplace listings, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Lead strategic partner joint go-to-market plans, demand programs, account-based plays, and executive marketing initiatives.
- Integrate partner programs with regional Demand Generation, ABM campaigns, and Five9 and industry events.
- Govern MDF and co-marketing investment, define performance measures, and establish partner pipeline attribution standards.
- Build and lead the global partner marketing team and cross-functional relationships.
