Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Significant B2B marketing experience, including leadership of partner, alliance, channel, ecosystem, or integrated go-to-market programs in enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated success building global strategies and operating across regions, cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of partner models including GSIs, hyperscalers, resellers, channel partners, and technology alliances.
  • Proven ability to connect strategy and execution to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience managing budgets and making investment decisions using performance data, business priorities, and partner commitments.
  • People leadership experience developing teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Executive communication, planning, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to move between long-range strategy and hands-on problem solving.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
  • Preferred: experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud, enterprise SaaS, or another complex technology category.
  • Preferred: experience with account-based marketing, partner relationship management, Salesforce, marketing automation, attribution, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global partner marketing strategy and annual marketing plan in support of Partner and Alliances priorities.
  • Build a global operating model, planning cadence, engagement models, decision rights, and service levels across global and regional stakeholders.
  • Develop repeatable, multi-region go-to-market programs combining campaigns, account-based marketing, events, content, digital activation, enablement, and joint selling.
  • Translate global campaign and product priorities into partner-ready programs for regional teams across AMS, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Own marketing components of joint business plans, including audiences, activation plans, mutual commitments, pipeline goals, and success measures.
  • Set measurement frameworks for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, revenue contribution, engagement, and program efficiency.
  • Plan and allocate the global partner marketing budget, and lead performance reviews and QBRs with investment recommendations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the global partner marketing team and advise global and regional Partner and Alliances leadership.
  • Coordinate planning and execution across Field Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Communications, Customer Marketing, and SDR teams.
  • Identify ecosystem opportunities and develop co-investment and reciprocal partner participation models.
