Requirements

  • Have 10+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel sales, customer success enablement, or learning and development within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Bring extensive experience enabling global channel partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Understand MSP, MSSP, VAR, and distributor business models.
  • Have designed and executed role-based, go-to-market-aligned learning programs with measurable improvements in partner performance.
  • Have experience working with Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product leaders in a partner-focused organization.
  • Be able to define KPIs, analyze performance data, and demonstrate enablement ROI.
  • Have practical fluency with generative AI, prompt design, content transformation, and AI-assisted quality review workflows.
  • Have experience building AI-assisted enablement or technical content processes that balance speed, accuracy, governance, source traceability, and human judgment.
  • Have experience with enablement platforms, LMS/LXP systems, partner portals, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and content authoring tools.
  • Have foundational knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and skills-based enablement frameworks.
  • Experience supporting or scaling MSP/MSSP-focused go-to-market motions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, partner programs, certifications, and channel ecosystems is preferred.
  • An advanced degree in business, learning, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global partner enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities, partner program tiers, and regional growth objectives.
  • Develop enablement programs for managed security services, solution selling, renewals, expansion, and platform adoption.
  • Design and scale role-specific learning journeys for partner sales, technical pre-sales, implementation, managed services, customer success, and renewals.
  • Guide partners from onboarding through advanced competency and specialization, aligned with certifications, accreditations, and partner program requirements.
  • Establish content lifecycle governance and global standards for accurate, current enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with regional enablement and field teams on launches, campaigns, sales plays, workshops, simulations, solution playbooks, and technical labs.
  • Establish and monitor partner readiness and performance metrics, including ramp time, certification attainment, pipeline contribution, deal velocity, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Use CRM data, partner performance insights, and field feedback to identify skill gaps and optimize enablement investments.
  • Lead the global partner enablement content strategy and build, mentor, and lead a global enablement team.
  • Use generative AI and prompt-driven workflows to scale enablement content while establishing processes for validation, governance, and human review.
