Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, business process optimization or enterprise application management.
- Experience leading, coaching or managing business analysts, systems administrators or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep hands-on Salesforce administrator or power-user experience, including Flows and data management.
- Experience configuring and scaling Asana or similar work-management platforms.
- Working knowledge of integrations involving systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot and DocuSign.
- Understanding of APIs, data models, ETL and data synchronization between systems.
- Practical experience rolling out commercial AI tools, designing prompts or agents, building workflows and measuring impact.
- Experience managing backlogs, prioritizing sprints and writing user stories in Jira.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical workflows in business language.
- Experience collaborating across functions and managing executive expectations amid competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own the configuration, roadmap and health of Salesforce and Asana.
- Oversee integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot, DocuSign and other connected systems.
- Identify workflow friction and redesign processes to improve efficiency, data quality and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop user stories, solution designs and business requirements.
- Manage intake and triage, and prioritize business systems backlogs in Jira.
- Configure and build solutions such as Salesforce Flows, Asana workflows and Gemini agents.
- Lead user acceptance testing, end-user training and documentation for new features and workflow changes.
- Own enterprise AI platform rollouts and lead the design, testing and deployment of agents and automated workflows.
- Measure and report AI outcomes, including hours saved, cycle-time reduction and adoption rates.
- Lead and develop a team of two, manage vendors and licenses, and own the consolidated Business Systems and AI roadmap.
