Requirements
- Have 6–8+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, or B2B Demand Generation.
- Bring experience developing and executing co-marketing programs with major cloud vendors, global systems integrators, systems integrators, or independent software vendors.
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management platforms, and account-mapping tools such as Crossbeam.
- Demonstrate analytical and operational skills, including managing marketing budgets, enforcing lead-routing SLAs, and measuring pipeline attribution and ROI.
- Have experience developing tailored Account-Based Marketing strategies and executing field programs such as CXO roundtables and executive dinners.
- Understand partner ecosystems, demand generation, pipeline development, and joint go-to-market motions.
- Be able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; preferred.
- Be willing to travel approximately 15–20% for customer, partner, team, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven, multi-quarter co-marketing plans and joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners to achieve regional pipeline targets.
- Use account-mapping platforms such as Crossbeam to develop 1:1 ABM campaigns and scalable digital toolkits.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create joint messaging, solution briefs, branded assets, and value propositions.
- Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including executive roundtables, workshops, and event sponsorships.
- Deliver through-partner demand-generation programs and increase adoption of self-service marketing resources and partner portals.
- Equip partner sales and BDR teams with outreach playbooks, messaging frameworks, scripts, and email sequences.
- Establish lead-routing governance and follow-up service-level agreements.
- Manage partner marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline performance through Salesforce.
- Align priorities and coordinate execution with sales, marketing, product, and executive stakeholders.
