Requirements
- Have 6–8+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, or B2B Demand Generation within the enterprise cloud or SaaS ecosystem.
- Demonstrate co-marketing success with major cloud vendors, GSIs, SIs, or ISVs.
- Have hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, and account-mapping platforms such as Crossbeam.
- Be able to manage operational budgets, enforce lead-routing SLAs, and measure pipeline attribution and ROI.
- Bring cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills across sales, product marketing, and partner executive teams.
- Work a full-time remote schedule.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is desired.
- Experience with tailored ABM frameworks and partner ecosystem field events is desired.
- Anticipate approximately 15–20% travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven multi-quarter co-marketing plans and joint GTM strategies with strategic partners to meet regional pipeline targets.
- Use account-mapping platforms such as Crossbeam to drive 1:1 ABM campaigns and scalable digital toolkits.
- Co-create joint messaging, solution briefs, and branded assets with Product Marketing.
- Coordinate field campaigns, executive roundtables, workshops, and sponsorships at industry events.
- Deliver through-partner demand-generation programs and drive partner adoption of the Twilio Partner Portal.
- Equip partner sales and BDR teams with outreach playbooks, scripts, and email sequences.
- Enforce lead-routing governance and follow-up SLAs.
- Manage partner marketing budgets and monitor compliance and ROI.
- Track and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline performance in Salesforce for QBRs.
