Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success, account management, channel management, implementation, or a similar client-facing role.
- Bring experience in employee benefits, HR technology, SaaS, fintech, benefits administration, or a related industry.
- Demonstrate success managing strategic external relationships and senior stakeholders.
- Have strong experience leading implementations, onboarding programs, or complex cross-functional projects.
- Have a track record of creating scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and operating practices.
- Bring commercial orientation and the ability to identify and support expansion opportunities while maintaining partner trust.
- Be comfortable using data to assess account health, identify trends, and recommend actions.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate executive-level conversations.
- Demonstrate organization, judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Be able to operate independently, influence without authority, and bring structure to an evolving environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, customer-success platform, or partner-management system is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, and industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic partners and build trusted relationships with their key stakeholders.
- Lead partner implementation from initial handoff through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Develop repeatable onboarding frameworks, plans, templates, checklists, timelines, and readiness criteria.
- Create and deliver partner training, webinars, workshops, office hours, and enablement materials.
- Monitor partner and referred-client performance, including activation, utilization, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct partner performance reviews and translate data into recommendations and action plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation workstreams and document commitments, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Maintain partner playbooks, operating procedures, reporting, and documentation.
- Track partner activity, health, opportunities, commitments, and next steps in the CRM and internal systems.
