Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce growth, ideally within CPG or subscription-based businesses
  • Proven track record of building scalable, repeatable growth systems across acquisition and retention
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and external partners or agencies
  • Deep expertise in paid media scaling, customer acquisition efficiency, and advanced performance marketing metrics
  • Strong creative strategy capability, including ad concepting, messaging frameworks, and CRO best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify ecosystems, tools, and integrations
  • Strong analytical skills, including modeling LTV, CAC, ROAS, and cohort performance
  • Familiarity with attribution tools and incrementality testing platforms (e.g., MMM or multi-touch attribution systems)
  • Strong understanding of retention marketing, subscription optimization, and lifecycle strategy
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, remote, low-ego environments with high ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the end-to-end growth strategy, building scalable systems that drive efficient customer acquisition and long-term retention.
  • Build and continuously evolve scalable growth systems across paid, organic, affiliate, and partnership channels
  • Own paid acquisition strategy and performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Oversee significant media spend while optimizing toward profitability and contribution-based metrics, not vanity ROAS
  • Lead creative strategy and systems for high-performing ad production, UGC pipelines, and messaging frameworks
  • Develop founder-led and organic growth systems, including funnels, lead magnets, and content-driven acquisition loops
  • Design and optimize offers, funnels, landing pages, and CRO initiatives to improve conversion, AOV, and acquisition efficiency
  • Build and scale retention strategies focused on subscription growth, churn reduction, and LTV expansion
  • Lead and develop a high-performing growth team across paid, retention, creative, and partnerships functions
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing strategy, product, and brand execution
