  • 3–5 years of sales experience (ideally in healthcare, travel or remote B2C sales)
  • Proven closer — track record of meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Confident using CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and multitasking across tools (chat, phone, email)
  • Comfortable working weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and flexible shifts
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive in a fully remote setup
  • Reliable laptop or desktop with webcam
  • High-speed internet + backup connection
  • Smartphone with WhatsApp and video capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound/outbound leads via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email into confirmed and complete bookings.
  • Follow up proactively with prospects to close deals and increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the internal Operations team to streamline communication between patients, Dental Departures and partnered clinics.
  • Hit or exceed individual monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide warm, informative, and patient-focused communication across all channels.
  • Offer solutions, promotions, and advice to help patients make the best treatment choices.
  • Follow up pre- and post-booking to ensure attendance and satisfaction.
  • Maintain 95%+ accuracy on patient data, follow-ups, and tags in Zoho CRM.
  • Track pipeline performance and report on conversions, leads, and sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Supply teams to improve lead quality and clinic performance.
