Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal)
  • Can work independently and under pressure
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)
  • Client management experience is a plus
  • Minimum speed of 25 mbps internet connection
  • Uninterrupted internet connection
  • 50 GB Available HDD Space
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)

Responsibilities

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospective leads
  • Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients
  • Generate new leads through cold calls and emails
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how client's solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operations
  • Qualify prospects based on their fit and readiness to integrate with client's platform, ensuring a strong sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads
  • Provide detailed insights and context on prospects to the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest
  • Keep in touch with qualified but undecided prospects, maintaining relationships until they are ready for a demo or next step
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system, tracking lead status and engagement
  • Regularly report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, number of qualified leads, and conversion rates
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings
  • Continuously refine your outreach strategy to improve conversion rates and exceed goals
