Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal)
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)
- Client management experience is a plus
- Minimum speed of 25 mbps internet connection
- Uninterrupted internet connection

Responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospective leads
- Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients
- Generate new leads through cold calls and emails
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how client's solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operations
- Qualify prospects based on their fit and readiness to integrate with client's platform, ensuring a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads
- Provide detailed insights and context on prospects to the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions
- Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest
- Keep in touch with qualified but undecided prospects, maintaining relationships until they are ready for a demo or next step
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system, tracking lead status and engagement
- Regularly report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, number of qualified leads, and conversion rates
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings
- Continuously refine your outreach strategy to improve conversion rates and exceed goals
