Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in an outbound sales role within B2B tech or SaaS environments
- Proven track record of success in lead generation, pipeline building, and SaaS sales outreach
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, SaaS products, and value-based selling
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal), with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and automation workflows
- Experience selling into US, UK, or international markets is highly preferred
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills in a remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting targeting B2B tech and SaaS buyers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify leads within target accounts (ICP) through research, discovery calls, and needs analysis
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Personalize outreach campaigns tailored to SaaS use cases, pain points, and buyer personas
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine go-to-market and lead generation strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in B2B organizations
