Requirements
- Proven experience in a Engineering Manager or Tech Lead role.
- Several years of commercial experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems in production environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python.
- Experience in building, leading, and scaling engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture and modern web applications.
- Experience working with engineering performance and quality metrics.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, business, and data teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Fluent English (C1 level) enabling effective communication in an international environment.
- Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow AI/LLM engineering teams, including recruitment, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee the architecture and technical quality of AI-based systems and agent-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define product roadmap and technical strategy.
- Ensure high engineering standards, system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Support engineers in solving complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.
- Monitor delivery metrics including performance, quality, efficiency, and operational costs.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Improve development processes such as CI/CD, code review practices, and observability.
- Supervise production deployments and lifecycle management of AI systems.
