Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR or similar role focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel outbound strategies and generate qualified meetings with prospective customers.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement or sequencing tools.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instantly or similar, and exposure to tools like Clay, is an asset.
- Comfort working with AI-enabled tools, automation and structured workflows to improve efficiency and scale outreach efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and qualify senior stakeholders effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows, prioritize effectively and maintain attention to detail in CRM and outreach activities.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates ownership, adaptability and a focus on outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Engage inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, readiness and opportunity potential.
- Execute structured, high-volume outbound campaigns across email, phone and LinkedIn.
- Identify and engage prospective customers based on high-intent signals and campaign engagement.
- Generate qualified meetings and maintain clear, accurate CRM records.
- Operate as a key link between Marketing, Revenue Operations and Sales.
- Provide structured, ongoing feedback to Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success.
