  • ~4 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or field marketing (preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or related industries)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience supporting in-person and/or virtual events
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external vendors
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for events across EMEA
  • Comfortable working across time zones and supporting regional initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of regional events including industry conferences, hosted events, workshops, and partner activations
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue sourcing, catering, travel, AV, branding, and on-site setup
  • Manage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
  • Provide on-site support at events, ensuring a high-quality attendee experience
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and venues to support event delivery
  • Assist with event promotion, registration tracking, and attendee communications
  • Track key event metrics such as attendance, leads, and engagement
