You can communicate clearly and confidently with executives, lawyers, regulators, procurement staff, engineers, and everyone in between.

Responsibilities

Own customer contracting from first redline through signature, working closely with the Head of Legal on complex edge cases and process improvements.
Drive payer trading partner agreements and key vendor agreements to close quickly and within our risk profile while maintaining our rigorous compliance standards.
Be a strategic partner across Stedi, using your legal expertise to further our business interests.
Negotiate BAAs as part of customer, payer, and vendor deals, and get most of them to signature without escalation.
Improve, expand, and automate playbooks and workflows.
Take on new areas based on interest and business need; as the second legal hire for a rapidly growing business with complex and interesting legal needs, you will have a tremendous opportunity to shape the trajectory of your career.
