Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase
  • Identify decision-makers and tailor outreach by industry, persona, and use case
  • Execute 60–100 daily outbound touchpoints: cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, video outreach
  • Conduct 30–40 cold calls daily using structured scripts
  • Personalize messaging to increase reply and conversion rates
  • Build multi-step outbound sequences with 5–10 touchpoints over 10–15 days
  • Track and optimize open rates, reply rates, and meeting bookings
  • Log all activities in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, maintaining accurate notes, lead stages, and contact records
  • Qualify and pass opportunities to Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and messaging feedback
