  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and consultative selling
  • Strong interest in technology, sustainability, or industrial solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across French via outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Manage and own RFQs and tender processes
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, managing all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Progress opportunities from initial engagement through to close, achieving sales targets
  • Tailor messaging to industrial and manufacturing customers
  • Deliver online product demonstrations and presentations where required
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers (distributors, wholesalers, end-users)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders
