- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales
- Comfortable with outbound sales and consultative selling
- Strong interest in technology, sustainability, or industrial solutions
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across French via outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Manage and own RFQs and tender processes
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, managing all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Progress opportunities from initial engagement through to close, achieving sales targets
- Tailor messaging to industrial and manufacturing customers
- Deliver online product demonstrations and presentations where required
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers (distributors, wholesalers, end-users)
- Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders
