Requirements

  • Proven track record in a hunter sales role
  • Experience in fraud prevention, authentication, or digital identity solutions
  • Strong communication, discovery, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with sales and productivity tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Startup or high-growth company experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to identify opportunities in fraud prevention, authentication, and digital onboarding
  • Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach at multiple levels of the customer organization
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Deliver compelling value-based presentations and demonstrations, tailoring Incognia's solutions to customer business challenges
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline management in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with presales, product, customer success, legal, finance, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success
  • Keep up with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and Incognia's product updates, while attending key market events
