Requirements

- Strong spoken English – clear, confident, and professional
- Proven ability in outbound calling and lead follow-ups
- Experience using Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
- Comfortable with data entry and admin support tasks
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, and online tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive, coachable attitude (scripts and training provided)
- Must have reliable computer, headset, and stable internet
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm and cold leads
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for the client
- Use scripts to effectively communicate value and handle objections
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM with accurate lead data
- Perform list building, data entry, and lead tracking
- Manage follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates
- Use tools like Google Docs and Excel for reporting and organization
- Collaborate directly with the client to optimize outreach efforts
- Consistently meet KPIs (calls, appointments set, follow-ups completed)
