  • Familiarity with A/B testing
  • Understanding of server side and client side contexts
  • Understanding of network request routing / HTTP
  • Familiarity working with open source libraries
  • Familiarity with JavaScript web application development and integration patterns

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical integration needs and assist them through the integration process.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrating with Constructor's APIs and utilizing open source libraries.
  • Help resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams.
  • Work with customers to ensure their product catalogs are properly configured, including uploading catalog data, configuring facets, searchabilities, sort orders, and retrieving results.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other technical resources, responding promptly to inquiries with clear explanations.
  • Document customer interactions, common issues, and solutions, improving integration documentation and customer onboarding.
