Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in a Product Analyst, Product, or similar role
- Ideally within payments or financial services experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with APIs, integration concepts, and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and present technical analysis clearly
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and Agile environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail combined with strategic and problem-solving thinking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and coordination with global payment partners, facilitating discussions and analyzing technical documentation
- Evaluate and compare integration options to define the most effective connectivity strategies for merchants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on partner APIs, features, and integration capabilities
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality integration solutions from concept to release
- Monitor the performance of deployed integrations and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
- Develop, track, and maintain key product metrics, dashboards, and performance reports
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency of integration processes
- Support cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, and partner teams
