Responsibilities

  • Contact all new medical referrals and incoming leads from physicians, attorneys, and digital marketing sources to convert them into scheduled evaluations.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with pending leads to maximize conversion rates and ensure patient needs are met promptly.
  • Accurately enter, update, and track patient information within CRM, EMR, and internal tracking systems.
  • Monitor and report on daily metrics, including call volume, conversions, and total scheduled evaluations.
  • Act as a clear and professional link between patients, referral partners (attorneys and physicians), and our internal clinical teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical departments to streamline patient flow and improve the overall intake experience.
