Requirements
- 1–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proven success improving organic traffic and rankings
- Experience across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Proficiency with Google Search Console
- Proficiency with Technical audit tools (e.g., Screaming Frog)
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Develop SEO strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Conduct keyword research and intent analysis to identify opportunities
- Analyze competitors and map keywords to funnel stages
- Create SEO briefs and content roadmaps
- Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
- Conduct technical audits to identify crawl, indexation, and performance issues
- Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability
- Implement structured data, sitemaps, and canonicalization
- Collaborate with developers to deploy technical fixes
- Improve internal linking and site architecture
- Optimize existing content for target keywords and search intent
- Improve meta titles, descriptions, headers, and page structure
- Identify content gaps and optimization opportunities
- Support featured snippet and SERP feature optimization
- Guide content teams on SEO best practices
- Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities
- Execute outreach campaigns and manage link acquisition
- Monitor backlink quality and address toxic links
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis to uncover opportunities
- Track organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Build reports and dashboards with actionable insights
- Analyze user behavior to inform optimization decisions
- Monitor competitive and market trends
