Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience (ideally 5+) successfully scaling organic traffic for businesses
- Highly proficient with Google Search Console
- Highly proficient with SEMRush
- Highly proficient with Google Analytics
- Expert-level experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Expert-level experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
- Extensive experience across the entire marketing lifecycle, including lead generation and funnel management
- Strong analytical mindset
- Proactive communication: Ability to explain complex marketing strategies in simple terms and work independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO roadmap to significantly increase organic traffic and site authority
- Utilize advanced metric tools like Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Ahrefs to audit site health and track keyword rankings
- Optimize website elements to ensure traffic effectively converts into qualified sales meetings
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to supplement organic growth
- Oversee the entire marketing process, ensuring consistent messaging and lead flow from first touch to sales handover
- Monitor key metrics to demonstrate ROI and provide clear reports on traffic growth and meeting conversion rates
- Act as our internal expert, providing guidance on best practices where we currently lack experience
