Requirements

- Strong experience in content creation and content management, including blogs, marketing assets, and digital content.
- Experience coordinating marketing initiatives across design, development, and marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows to improve marketing productivity and execution speed.
- Familiarity with commonly used AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper AI.
- Experience using social media publishing and design tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, and Canva.
- Experience working with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute organic growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Develop high-quality marketing content including blog articles, PR content, and marketing assets.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper AI, and Copy.ai for content ideation, captions, marketing copy, and content repurposing.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging content using tools such as Canva.
- Repurpose long-form content across multiple platforms and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage scheduling and publishing of content using tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics and analytics.
- Guide the company’s organic search growth through content strategy and keyword planning.
- Develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies to strengthen domain authority and search visibility.
- Manage keyword strategy and organic search performance while performing competitor research and SEO performance analysis using tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure website content supports strong organic visibility using tools such as Surfer SEO and Google Search Console.
- Oversee website development projects utilizing ASTRO and headless WordPress.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure websites support marketing campaigns, landing pages, and content publishing.
- Improve and manage quarterly marketing reports and shareholder reports.
- Support marketing campaigns across email marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations.
- Track marketing performance and campaign analytics using platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Coordinate execution across marketing, design, and development teams using collaboration tools such as Slack and Asana.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are properly tracked, measured, and optimized.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, research, marketing analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Continuously experiment with new AI marketing technologies and tools to improve marketing performance.
