Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Technical SEO or SEO Specialist roles
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO principles
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles
- Experience with Screaming Frog
- Experience with Ahrefs
- Experience with SEMrush
- Experience with Google Search Console
- Knowledge of HTML (basic to intermediate)
- Knowledge of CSS (basic to intermediate)
- Knowledge of JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
- Experience improving site speed
- Experience improving Core Web Vitals
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
Responsibilities
- Ensure websites are fully optimized for crawling, indexing, and ranking
- Work closely with developers, content teams, and marketing stakeholders
- Execute a wide range of digital marketing tasks across channels (email, content, SEO, paid media)
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring clean and accurate data
- Support campaign execution, reporting, and optimisation
- Assist with event coordination and marketing logistics
- Create and publish content across web, email, and social platforms
- Conduct basic performance analysis using analytics tools
- Take ownership of ad hoc marketing projects and deliver independently
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to free up strategic capacity
