Job Details

3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Clinical or healthcare recruiting experience highly valued
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby)
Experience with collaboration tools like Slack and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup or high-growth setting

Manage full cycle recruitment
Guide candidates smoothly through every step of the process, from first contact to offer acceptance
Keep candidates fully informed and genuinely engaged throughout the hiring journey
Oversee relationships with temporary staffing agencies or recruiting partners
Proactively build and nurture a diverse network of potential candidates
Ensure all prescreening steps such as reference checks, background checks, and credential verifications are completed
Collect and verify the accuracy of all required documents, including offer letters and PIIA forms
Act as a bridge between recruiting, HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and seamless transition
Communicate with IT or designated teams to ensure laptops and other necessary equipment are ordered, configured, and shipped
Submit and track system access requests for tools such as email, Slack, HR systems, and any role-specific software
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the role, team dynamics, and the ideal candidate profile
Provide insights into hiring timelines, candidate availability, and market trends
Track key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline stages
