- Hands-on experience designing and scaling people initiatives
- Proven track record of building programs from the ground up, including clear ownership of design, execution, and iteration
- Strong experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders in a collaborative, non-siloed environment
- Ability to translate business needs into structured people solutions with measurable impact
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery
- Experience improving employee experience through thoughtful program design and continuous feedback systems
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with curiosity and a continuous improvement approach
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve people programs that strengthen feedback culture, performance management, learning, and leadership development across the organization.
- Build scalable frameworks that define key capabilities needed for growth and ensure they are systematically developed across teams and levels.
- Improve and simplify performance review processes to make them more effective, actionable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and launch manager enablement initiatives that help leaders grow their coaching, feedback, and team development skills.
- Identify gaps in learning and development, and design targeted solutions to address them through structured programs and pilots.
- Partner closely with People leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of people initiatives.
- Launch and iterate on high-impact pilots that improve onboarding, feedback loops, and employee development experiences.
