Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce, including advanced reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Experience working within complex, multi-role sales organizations (e.g., SDRs, AEs, Account Managers).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic and operational insights.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience in scaling processes within fast-growing or M&A-active organizations is highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong curiosity around AI and automation, with a mindset for process optimization and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of sales operations professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Define and execute sales operations strategy, improving processes, systems, and scalability across the organization.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics frameworks, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quota tracking.
  • Translate complex sales data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for revenue leadership.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure consistent execution and adoption of global sales processes.
  • Act as a key operational partner to sales teams, supporting Salesforce lead-to-cash workflows and cross-functional coordination.
  • Manage stakeholder priorities and communicate progress on key initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by embedding AI and automation into sales operations workflows and decision-making.
