Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Enablement, Onboarding, or post-sales leadership roles within SaaS, cloud, or IT services environments.
  • Proven experience managing managers or senior team leads and driving cross-functional initiatives across complex organizations.
  • Strong ability to design scalable operational systems while maintaining attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams around shared outcomes.
  • Experience working in cloud, MSP, or channel ecosystems is highly desirable, particularly within Microsoft or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes, customer lifecycle management, and partner activation strategies.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end partner onboarding strategy, defining and continuously improving onboarding journeys tailored to different partner segments and complexity levels.
  • Lead operational execution of onboarding programs, ensuring consistent delivery, adherence to SLAs, and achievement of key performance metrics such as cycle time, activation rates, and partner satisfaction.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Support, Finance, and Engineering to ensure seamless handoffs and a unified partner experience from onboarding through activation.
  • Ensure partners reach key activation milestones including first migrations, platform usage, and initial billing accuracy within defined timelines.
  • Identify onboarding risks, bottlenecks, and adoption gaps, proactively resolving issues and improving time-to-value through process optimization and automation.
  • Continuously improve onboarding frameworks, tools, and playbooks by leveraging Voice of Customer insights and performance data.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop onboarding team leaders, building scalable team structures and fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
