- Track record of independently managing 10+ high-value relationships
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with mission-driven organizations (non-profits, community health, government-funded entities, or similar)

- Ability to manage one direct report and develop their capabilities over time

- Experience working with non-profit, community-based, or government-funded organizations
- Healthcare industry experience
- Proven ability to navigate and influence collaborating teams such as product, clinical, and data
Responsibilities
- Cultivate Strategic Partner Relationships (50%) by owning all covered entity partner relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Define what an 11/10 experience looks like for partners, including running structured MBRs/QBRs and building partnership roadmaps.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities through consultative, partnership-oriented selling.
- Serve as the voice of the partner internally by translating their needs to product, clinical, and operations teams.
- Drive Consultative Growth (30%) by strategically growing relationships with existing CE partners through new Freddie services.
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches grounded in data, outcomes, and mission alignment.
- Represent Freddie at industry events and conferences to build upon Freddie’s reputation in the 340B and community health ecosystem.
- Optimize Operational Excellence (20%) by overseeing the Partnerships Success Manager for invoicing, data QA, and report preparation.
- Ensure all operational processes are documented, reliable, and improving over time.
