Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound sales experience
  • Experience ideally in SaaS, ad-tech, travel tech, or similar B2B environments
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline, manage prospects, and close deals independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Strong sense of ownership and resilience
  • Familiarity with or interest in modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo
  • Interest in AI-driven sales workflows, automation tools, and data-enhanced selling strategies
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in hotel tech, travel tech, eCommerce (bonus)
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Sandler) (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of SMB hotel clients through outbound prospecting, outreach campaigns, and relationship-building activities
  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of hotel partners
  • Own the full sales cycle, including qualification, negotiation, proposal creation, and closing deals
  • Build and execute territory strategies to maximize engagement and conversion across assigned accounts
  • Leverage CRM and sales engagement tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and optimize outreach performance
  • Use data insights and customer pain points to craft compelling, value-driven proposals and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, improve conversion strategies, and support revenue goals
