Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound sales experience
- Experience ideally in SaaS, ad-tech, travel tech, or similar B2B environments
- Proven ability to generate pipeline, manage prospects, and close deals independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Consultative sales approach
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong sense of ownership and resilience
- Familiarity with or interest in modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo
- Interest in AI-driven sales workflows, automation tools, and data-enhanced selling strategies
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in hotel tech, travel tech, eCommerce (bonus)
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Sandler) (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of SMB hotel clients through outbound prospecting, outreach campaigns, and relationship-building activities
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of hotel partners
- Own the full sales cycle, including qualification, negotiation, proposal creation, and closing deals
- Build and execute territory strategies to maximize engagement and conversion across assigned accounts
- Leverage CRM and sales engagement tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and optimize outreach performance
- Use data insights and customer pain points to craft compelling, value-driven proposals and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, improve conversion strategies, and support revenue goals
