Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
- A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations partner relations or reporting focused roles
- Experience working with third-party or contracted sales teams preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce SalesRabbit or similar platforms preferred
- Comfortable working with data reporting and commission tracking
- Ability to act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications
- Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension
- Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for partner teams supporting day-to-day communication and relationship management
- Bridge communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and updates
- Distribute regular updates on promotions, campaigns, and operational changes to partner teams
- Assist in coordinating meetings, check-ins, and ongoing partner engagement
- Track partner sales performance and maintain accurate reporting dashboards
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales activity trends and partner performance
- Assist in monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM and sales tracking systems
- Support commission tracking, validation, and payout processes for partner sales teams
- Assist in resolving commission discrepancies and responding to partner inquiries
- Help manage administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and system updates
- Support PR and PO coordination as needed
- Assist with onboarding new partner teams including system setup and access to tools
- Coordinate training materials and ensure partners receive necessary resources
- Support field operations and help address day-to-day partner needs or escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and partner experience
