Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in ABM, Demand Generation, or prospect-facing roles
- Strong understanding of ABM principles
- Hands-on experience running both 1:1 and scaled ABM campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build trust across Sales, Leadership, and the broader organization
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with MarTech tools/platforms such as HubSpot
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Familiarity with Abmatic or similar products
- Aptitude and interest in leveraging AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Clay)
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the ABM approach for assigned verticals
- Execute omni-channel programs tied to specific, measurable business outcomes
- Create and optimize programs that drive marketing engagement at a vertical level
- Oversee the creation and facilitation of compelling content
- Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing initiatives' performance
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
- Continuously refine strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights
- Scale marketing programs efficiently
- Adapt strategies to accommodate growth and changing market conditions
