  • Strong understanding of ABM principles
  • Hands-on experience running both 1:1 and scaled ABM campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build trust across Sales, Leadership, and the broader organization
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools/platforms such as HubSpot
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Abmatic or similar products
  • Aptitude and interest in leveraging AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Clay)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the ABM approach for assigned verticals
  • Execute omni-channel programs tied to specific, measurable business outcomes
  • Create and optimize programs that drive marketing engagement at a vertical level
  • Oversee the creation and facilitation of compelling content
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing initiatives' performance
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Continuously refine strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights
  • Scale marketing programs efficiently
  • Adapt strategies to accommodate growth and changing market conditions
