- Strong commercial mindset
- Experience managing a portfolio of mid-market or growth accounts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized and able to operate at scale across many accounts
- Strategic thinker who can connect product capabilities to business outcomes
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
- Experience in marketing, data, or analytics platforms
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or data-driven workflows
- Experience with tools like ChurnZero, Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Own renewals and expansion across your portfolio
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews
- Align customer goals with NinjaCat capabilities
- Proactively identify risks and coordinate resolution
- Partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Support to deliver outcomes
