Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or packaging industries.
  • Strong understanding of pharma or medical device supply chains, regulatory expectations, and quality requirements.
  • Technical knowledge of polymers, packaging processes, or related manufacturing technologies is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to design and execute structured sales strategies in complex, competitive environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess pricing, margins, and commercial impact of decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ERP tools like SAP is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally for broader business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers across the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for your territory, ensuring alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline, managing opportunities from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
  • Analyze customer business drivers, market conditions, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Lead pricing discussions, margin optimization, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal sales and finance teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support to manage complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation to ensure transparency, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously prospect new clients through direct outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
