Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns through creative testing and iteration
  • Experience leading creative direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Lead creative ideation, testing frameworks, and iteration cycles for performance marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high-converting creatives
  • Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable creative improvements
  • Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to inform campaign direction
  • Develop creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and scalable campaign concepts
  • Drive continuous optimization of ad creatives to improve CTR, CPA, and ROI
  • Mentor junior creatives or provide direction where needed
