Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in creative production, producing, or content development.
- Proven experience overseeing multiple projects or a content slate.
- Strong creative judgment in scripted content development and storytelling.
- Experience working with external vendors, production companies, and creative talent.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of LATAM audiences, cultural nuances, and content trends.
- Ability to lead through influence.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in vertical content, short-form video, or streaming entertainment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee the LATAM content slate.
- Lead creative development, including script evaluation and content adaptation.
- Provide high-level creative direction to writers and production partners.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple productions.
- Partner with Creative Project Managers to manage timelines and workflows.
- Lead relationships with external production companies and creative partners.
- Establish production frameworks and best practices.
- Ensure alignment across creative, production, and marketing teams.
- Manage production documentation including contracts and budgets.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
