- Comfortable leading client-facing conversations.
Responsibilities
- Lead conversations with founders, operators, and team leads to understand business operations.
- Map out current workflows across departments including sales, ops, finance, and marketing.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual processes.
- Determine automation, AI augmentation, or simplification opportunities.
- Evaluate opportunities based on ROI, speed, and business impact.
- Produce structured deliverables including workflow breakdowns, solutions, and implementation plans.
- Translate roadmaps into clear specs for the implementation team.
- Collaborate with engineers and provide project oversight.
