Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM management, reporting, pipelines)
- Advanced Excel / data analysis skills
- Experience handling large datasets (10K–50K+ records)
- Proven experience building dashboards and performance reports
- Experience managing or coordinating remote teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken, client-facing level)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder) is preferred
- Experience with Zapier, ClickUp, or similar tools is preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is preferred
- Experience in U.S. real estate, wholesaling, or lead generation environments is preferred
- Experience with tools such as SmrtPhone, JustCall, ReadyMode, Mailchimp, or Instantly is preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain CRM data integrity, structure, and accuracy
- Standardize pipeline stages, lead tracking, and attribution logic
- Manage large datasets (10,000–50,000+ records), including cleaning and auditing
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROI
- Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Coordinate outbound campaigns (cold calling, SMS, RVM, direct mail, referrals)
- Manage and oversee a remote team (VAs, cold callers, lead managers)
- Run weekly KPI meetings and track performance metrics
- Build and maintain SOPs for all repeatable processes
- Implement automation (Zapier, ClickUp, etc.) to improve efficiency
