Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
  • 4 years’ experience as Senior Manager, Sales Operations or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes, sales methodologies, and revenue forecasting
  • Experience using CRM systems to extract sales data (NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience with data tools (Tableau or Power BI, Snowflake, QlikView)
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leaders and finance teams to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process across multiple product lines and business units, ensuring streamlined operations and clear sales strategies.
  • Ensure that sales teams have access to high-quality data, tools, and reporting systems necessary to drive performance and meet targets.
  • Work with Business Unit (BU) leaders and sales leadership to oversee account assignment and quota setting processes, ensuring fair and effective distribution of targets.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales priorities and business objectives.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and reporting systems to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track sales data to assess team performance against targets, identifying trends and recommending actions for improvement.
