Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- 4 years’ experience as Senior Manager, Sales Operations or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes, sales methodologies, and revenue forecasting
- Experience using CRM systems to extract sales data (NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with data tools (Tableau or Power BI, Snowflake, QlikView)
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders and finance teams to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the sales process across multiple product lines and business units, ensuring streamlined operations and clear sales strategies.
- Ensure that sales teams have access to high-quality data, tools, and reporting systems necessary to drive performance and meet targets.
- Work with Business Unit (BU) leaders and sales leadership to oversee account assignment and quota setting processes, ensuring fair and effective distribution of targets.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales priorities and business objectives.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and reporting systems to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track sales data to assess team performance against targets, identifying trends and recommending actions for improvement.
