Experience: 7+ years

Requirements

7+ years in product / engineering management building merchant-facing, B2B, or platform products.
Experience shipping APIs that external developers integrate against.
Experience with dashboards that operators rely on daily.
Experience with onboarding flows that converted at scale.
Payments, fintech, or e-commerce infrastructure experience.
Understanding of settlement flows, reconciliation, KYB/KYC compliance.
Understanding the difference between a payment and a payout, and T+1 vs T+3.
API and platform product experience.
Experience defining or significantly shaping developer-facing APIs.
Experience managing breaking changes.
Experience designing webhook systems or building sandbox / testing environments.
Applies AI tools as a core workflow (LLMs, code assistants, agents).
Merchant operations empathy (reconciling settlements, auditing payments, debugging webhook signatures).
Spec-driven and architecturally literate (writes trusted specs, understands API versioning, reads code, engages on technical architecture).
Converts complexity into clarity (simplifies complex systems in dashboards and APIs).

Responsibilities

Own the merchant dashboard end-to-end.
Define how merchants interact with WalletConnect Pay services.
Design the merchant onboarding journey.
Build merchant trust through payment visibility.
Own the PSP partner experience.
Ship the developer experience merchants expect.
Define enterprise integration patterns.
Own the merchant success funnel.
Own the product side of new customer onboarding.
Define and maintain integration playbooks.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ship customer-impacting launches.
Turn partner feedback into product improvements.
Set direction for the Merchant Experience squad.
