  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (operations, commercial, engineering, data science)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for problem-solving and product improvements
  • Proven experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve product strategy for ad management and inventory systems across multiple European markets
  • Design and improve ad publishing workflows for speed, accuracy, and performance
  • Identify friction points in inventory flow and develop scalable product solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to deliver impactful features
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key product and business metrics
  • Translate complex operational and business requirements into clear product specifications and engineering backlogs
  • Manage roadmap planning and backlog prioritization for an engineering squad
