Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong track record of shipping impactful, outcome-driven features
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end, including strategy, discovery, delivery, and adoption
  • Proven track record of launching successful B2B AI-enabled products is a must-have
  • Experience within the domain of sales tech solutions, including document/knowledge management
  • Experience with products involving NLP, content retrieval, document processing, or recommendation systems
  • Strong AI product foundation - comfortable partnering with Data Science on tradeoffs, evaluation frameworks, experimentation, and failure modes
  • Customer-obsessed mindset, focused on reducing friction and driving confidence through automation and trusted outputs
  • Strategic thinking balanced with execution rigour
  • Able to translate complex technical and market signals into clear, actionable roadmaps
  • Solid technical fluency and comfort collaborating closely with engineers on system design and prioritization
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to align stakeholders and build confidence in the roadmap
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, managing multiple initiatives while staying anchored on outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a key area of our platform, from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Customer Experience, and Go-to-Market teams to understand how customers evaluate, trust, and adopt automated workflows, identifying friction points where automation succeeds or breaks down
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to design and deliver AI-powered solutions involving areas such as content retrieval, search, document processing, and data extraction that effectively solve our users' JTBD
  • Define, track, and optimize success metrics, including adoption, retention, automation rates, and reductions in manual effort
  • Lead cross-functional rituals, including product reviews, roadmap alignment, metric readouts, and go-to-market enablement conversations
  • Build market and competitive expertise to inform strategic bets and prioritization
  • Engage directly with customers to understand where the product succeeds or breaks down, translating insights into clear product opportunities
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders by clearly connecting roadmap decisions to customer outcomes and business impact
