- Experience collaborating with in-lab chemists and scientists for scientific readouts (recommended)
- Familiarity with Schrödinger products (lab design, data flow enablement, ordering process improvement) (recommended)
- Experience enabling data flows and improving ordering processes from external vendors (recommended)
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry environments (recommended)
- Understanding of authentication systems (SSO, LDAP) (recommended)

Responsibilities
- Lead product transformation efforts in the life sciences domain
- Manage software products for computational chemists, medicinal chemists, and drug discovery scientists
- Translate complex scientific workflows into product requirements that balance user needs with technical feasibility
- Document existing product knowledge, including use cases, usage metrics, business processes, technical specifications, and documentation
- Capture and document non-functional product knowledge
- Analyze current product landscape, use cases, business processes and customer needs
- Propose transformation strategies for existing legacy products
- Develop comprehensive product requirements following existing processes
- Deliver product requirement documents according to assigned priority and timeline
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business requests for assigned products
- Map relevant stakeholders and develop tailored engagement strategies
- Execute stakeholder engagement strategies with agreed objectives
- Fulfill Product Manager responsibilities during product development phases
- Actively participate in planning sessions, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies
