Responsibilities

  • Lead product transformation efforts in the life sciences domain
  • Manage software products for computational chemists, medicinal chemists, and drug discovery scientists
  • Translate complex scientific workflows into product requirements that balance user needs with technical feasibility
  • Document existing product knowledge, including use cases, usage metrics, business processes, technical specifications, and documentation
  • Capture and document non-functional product knowledge
  • Analyze current product landscape, use cases, business processes and customer needs
  • Propose transformation strategies for existing legacy products
  • Develop comprehensive product requirements following existing processes
  • Deliver product requirement documents according to assigned priority and timeline
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business requests for assigned products
  • Map relevant stakeholders and develop tailored engagement strategies
  • Execute stakeholder engagement strategies with agreed objectives
  • Fulfill Product Manager responsibilities during product development phases
  • Actively participate in planning sessions, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies
