Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, with 5+ years in a sales leadership/management capacity
- Proven track record of managing a sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets in a high-volume, transactional sales environment (High Velocity/Mid-Market preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in regional sales management, including ownership of a regional forecast and sophisticated business reporting
- Strong coaching and people development skills, with a focus on building and retaining high-performing talent
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the weekly and monthly forecast submission for the North America High Velocity team.
- Drive forecast accuracy and predictability by overseeing AE pipeline coverage, deal stage hygiene, and close dates.
- Report the regional forecast roll-up to the VP of High Velocity Sales and CRO.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for deal escalations, ensuring effective resolution, resource allocation, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Ensure the team's adherence to all sales processes, CRM hygiene, and company policies, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Provide daily, hands-on coaching and mentoring to a team of High Velocity Account Executives.
- Set clear expectations, monitor individual AE performance against quotas, and conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of top-tier sales talent.
- Oversee the successful onboarding and continuous training of new Account Executives to accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Foster a highly motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture built on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Must be willing to travel up to 20% to various company and customer locations
