Requirements

  • Perfect written & spoken English
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • at least 2 years in a multi-entity environment
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
  • Expert-level Excel — pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas should feel like second nature
  • Hands-on experience with intercompany transactions and eliminations
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to operate across multiple entities at once and keep things separated, clean, and reconciled
  • Treats accuracy and organisation as non-negotiable
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate with finance, operations, and entity leads

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, clearly separated general ledgers for each company in the group, with consistent practices and clean intercompany flows
  • Process journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and keep fixed asset and depreciation schedules current and accurate
  • Help prepare monthly and annual financial statements per entity
  • Support consolidated reporting and keep everything audit-ready and GAAP-aligned
  • Work closely with the Finance Director, the AP/AR Manager, and entity-level managers to ensure expenses are coded correctly and intercompany transactions are clean
  • Identify ways to streamline our chart of accounts, accounting workflows, and documentation as the group scales
