- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting terminology and standard
- Experience using Buildium or similar accounting systems/software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Local accounting experience acceptable
Responsibilities
- Managing financial records
- Preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Managing Buildium to manage the financial accounting of properties
- Prepare Budgets
- Analyse Financial Statements
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Obtain and Enter Bills
- Record Transactions
- Start in handling 30 properties/accounts
- Working with the Finance and Admin team with a manager present in the same space handling oversight
