  • Experience using Buildium or similar accounting systems/software

  • Strong analytical ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter
  • Local accounting experience acceptable

Responsibilities

  • Managing financial records
  • Preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Managing Buildium to manage the financial accounting of properties
  • Prepare Budgets
  • Analyse Financial Statements
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Obtain and Enter Bills
  • Record Transactions
  • Start in handling 30 properties/accounts
  • Working with the Finance and Admin team with a manager present in the same space handling oversight
