Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience in cold outreach, including phone, email, and social prospecting.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM management and reporting.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex products and articulate value clearly.
  • Bonus: experience in AI, data platforms, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new enterprise leads through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other outbound channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects to generate high-quality meetings for the sales team.
  • Conduct account research to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Build and manage pipeline activity within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts and campaign strategies.
  • Support the development of scalable outbound processes to improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels to meet or exceed pipeline generation targets.
